Floods in Sindh

Floods have caused huge destruction in Pakistan's southern province, Sindh. One costly consequence of war, terrorism and politics is that it leaves no space for civilian causes in the international media and mindset. Last year the donations and international aid was compromised due to Pakistan's sinking image abroad. This year the help is minuscule.

Aid was blocked sometimes by the Government and sometimes the protesters. More than 8 million people, mostly impoverished, uneducated and children, have faced the brunt so far. This gap, between need and aid, is time and again filled by terrorist organizations posing as charity workers. One renowned international agency operating there is " Save the Children". Please watch the following news by CNN and donate to Save the Children if possible.
